These terms of sale govern the paid offers provided by Forgr. They apply to any subscription to a paid offer and supplement the Terms of Use.
1. Publisher and seller
The Forgr service is published by [COMPANY_NAME], [REGISTERED_OFFICE_ADDRESS], registration number [SIRET]. Contact: [CONTACT_EMAIL].
The sale of paid offers, payment collection and invoicing are handled by our authorised reseller acting as Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. As such, Lemon Squeezy is the seller, issues the invoice, and collects and remits applicable taxes (including VAT). The publisher remains responsible for providing the service.
2. Offers and prices
Forgr offers a free plan and a paid “Premium” plan, available as a monthly subscription at €4.99 incl. tax or yearly at €49.99 incl. tax, with a 7-day free trial. The essential features and price of each offer are restated at the time of subscription. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The publisher may change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in force on the day of the order.
3. Order
Subscription is completed online. The order is final only after confirmation and payment. A summary and confirmation are sent to you electronically.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order, by the means offered during subscription via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Neither the publisher nor Lemon Squeezy stores your card details, which are handled by a secure payment provider.
5. Subscription and renewal
Unless stated otherwise, the subscription is concluded for the chosen term and may renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
For digital content supplied immediately, by requesting immediate access to the service you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once performance has begun with your express consent, in accordance with Article L221-28 13°.
To exercise this right where applicable, send your request to [CONTACT_EMAIL]. Refunds are issued within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method.
7. Legal guarantees
You benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, in particular the guarantee of conformity of digital content (Articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
8. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediator [MEDIATOR_NAME_AND_DETAILS] free of charge for an unresolved dispute. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Governing law
These terms of sale are governed by French law.
