These terms of use govern access to and use of the Forgr application. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms without reservation.
1. Purpose
Forgr is a strength-training and body-tracking application. It lets you build programs, time rest periods, record sessions and track body metrics.
2. Access to the service
Access to personal features requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
The service is intended for adults, or for minors with the authorization of their legal guardian.
Forgr follows a freemium model: a free plan gives access to the core features, while a paid “Premium” plan unlocks additional features. Subscription to the paid plan is governed by the Terms of Sale, which supplement these Terms of Use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, circumvent its security measures, or access other users' data.
4. User content
You remain responsible for the content you enter (programs, measurements, messages). You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to any content shared via the program-sharing feature.
5. Health disclaimer
Forgr is not a substitute for medical advice. The estimates it provides (BMI, body fat, basal metabolic rate) are indicative. Consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing a training program. See the Health disclaimer.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service. We strive to keep your data backed up but cannot guarantee it absolutely.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. The publisher may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms.
8. Changes to the terms
The publisher may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one in force when you use the service. In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed by an appropriate means.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
